I'm having trouble linking my bank to my Digit account

Linking a new account 

If you just got started and you received an error when trying to link your checking account with Digit, give it some time and try again later. Fortunately, a lot of the problems that cause trouble with linking up fix themselves in time.

If you've tried multiple times on different days and are still unable to get your checking account and Digit connected, please get in touch with our Support Team. Providing as much detail as possible (like what sort of security requirements your bank uses) helps us investigate what you may be running into and find a fix faster.

Some tips to help you connect

  • Double-check your online banking log-in requirements with your bank (username, password, pin, etc.)
  • Enter in your info manually rather than using autofill or a password manager
  • Log-in to your online banking account from your bank's website and make sure your account is set up for use with outside services. 
  • Try connecting on web instead of mobile. You can do this when logging in at Digit.co

Is there anything I need to do to verify my account after the test deposit? 

There's no action needed on your part once Digit has sent the $.01 test deposit.

After Digit is connected to your bank account, it works with your bank to verify that we're pointing to the right spot for saving and depositing. This process can take a few business days to complete in rare cases, but most of the time it's pretty quick.
