Please make sure any additional security protection features like 2-factor authentication are disabled before connecting to Digit.
Please note: We are unable to support USAA's enhanced security features (Biometrics, CyberCode)
Sometimes you may need to clear your list of known computers in order to allow Digit to connect your account. You can do that by clicking the following selections in your USAA account:
Step 1: Log into your USAA account and click 'Security Center'
Step 2: Select 'Manage Preferences'
Step 3: Click 'Clear Your List of Recognized Computers'
Step 4: Select 'Yes'
