Digit caused an overdraft
If our system can locate the overdraft in your bank account, you'll automatically be reimbursed for the fee amount to your Rainy Day Fund in Digit. That link will also allow you to upload some info for our Support Team to review in order to get you covered if Digit can't locate an overdraft itself.
- We provide reimbursement for up to 2 separate instances of overdraft/insufficient funds fees.
- To receive reimbursement, your Digit account must still be open and connected to a bank account.
