We offer a courtesy to reimburse up to 2 instances of overdrafting per user.
Simply message "Overdraft" to Digit and our systems will automatically reimburse you if the fee is able to be located. If Digit cannot locate the fee assessed, you'll automatically receive instructions to the email address on file with Digit regarding what information our team needs in order to reimburse your account.
*Your Digit account must still be open and active in order to be reimbursed, but you can text "Pause" to avoid further potential savings transfers*
*Please note, unfortunately we are unable to reimburse overdraft fees for manual savings transactions to your Digit account and can only reimburse for Digit's automated savings transactions*
