You can sign in and access your Digit account settings (and funds!) through both the Digit App or through web at Digit.co. Your username will be either your mobile number or email address that you entered at signup (the two are interchangeable!).
What does “This email may already be in use” or “ This mobile number may already be in use” mean?
This means you already have a Digit account with this email address/mobile number and should try logging in instead using either as your username. If you see this message when trying to log-in, you may have accidentally clicked "Sign up" instead of "Log in." If you've forgotten what email address you used to create your Digit account, you can log in at https://digit.co/signin using the mobile phone number you signed up with.
If you closed your account within the last 90 days, you can reactivate your account by logging in and following the required steps.
How do I reset my password?

I need to make a withdrawal and I can't log-in, help!
Not to worry! You can still initiate a withdrawal my messaging the word "Withdraw" to the number Digit texts your morning checking updates from. Afterwards, reach out to us so we can lend a hand with getting you signed in!
Can I use a Google Voice number with Digit?
Yep! You sure can. Just enter this as your regular mobile number during signup or at https://digit.co/settings.
Please note, you must have a US-based number in order to create a Google Voice number.
