Keep in mind, Digit looks for optimal times to save for you based on your unique financial situation, so it may take a few days before you see your first auto-savings transfer, but hopefully you'll be up and saving shortly.
If you've previously been saving and noticed your auto-savings is off and you're not being prompted to head to digit.co/fix to fix your account, please drop our team a line at digit.co/help at your convenience.
If your auto-savings is enabled, but you haven't seen savings recently, Digit may not think it's the best time to be saving for you for a variety of reasons, such as large upcoming expenses or a change in your spending patterns. If you have not seen auto-savings for 2 weeks, our team will be more than happy to help you with that digit.co/help
