Digit says it has detected "unusual activity" on my account, or that it is "having trouble" with my account - what does that mean?

You can see that error banner for a number of reasons, including when Digit has detected that your checking account may be closed, if a save or withdrawal has been rejected by your bank, and after too many unsuccessful log-in attempts.
