Verifying your identity
Our banking partner requires some additional information to verify your identity before payments can be sent from your Digit goals.
Usually, this process is pretty quick, but sometimes certain factors, like incomplete documents, can cause that verification process to take a bit longer.
When this happens, we'll be in touch with next steps for you. Otherwise, we may not be able to link your credit card goal to your credit card if there is an error with verifying your identity.
