How to fix:
The balance is being reported the same every day (doesn't change): Please reach out to us so we can investigate and let our data provider know!
The balance is correct, but is the balance for a different bank account: Reach out to us, and let us know:
- The last four numbers of the checking account that is supposed to be reported
- Any special names/nicknames that your checking account may have (Bill's checking, Every day checking, etc.)
The balance is slow to update (but does update eventually): The only fix is time. Our data provider reads your checking info at different times, and depending on your bank this could be twice a day, or every two to three days. Digit does not have the ability to manually go in and update your checking balance to be up-to-date, unfortunately. However, there are several features you can set up to ensure that Digit is still saving for your comfortably even if the checking balance Digit is sending us is not fresh:
