Similar to the credit card feature, our banking partner first requires some additional information to verify your identity before payments can be submitted. Usually this process is pretty quick, but sometimes certain factors, like incomplete/insufficient data/documents or typos, can cause that verification process to take a bit longer.
If you're already enrolled in the credit card or student loan feature and Digit has been making payments for you from your goal, you may not have to submit this information again to connect with your Phone Bill servicer.
If you encounter the message above, we'll more than likely be in touch with specifics on what other info our banking partner needs from you. Otherwise, we may not be able to link your Phone Bill if there is an error with verifying your identity.
